Casa Sueños is spacious and private and is located in one of the most highly regarded areas of Moraira. It sleeps eight comfortably, and lies within a few hundred metres of shops and a variety of restaurants, to suit most tastes. Moraira with its marina, is a 5-10 minute car journey. It has ample restaurants, pavement cafes and shops. There are blue zone (EC approved) beaches close by. The nearest airport is 1h15m approx, by car.

This region is the healthiest part of the world according to The World Health Organisation and maintains an average year round temperature of 24°C. The area has numerous golf courses, places of interest and regular local markets.

Casa Sueños is on two levels. The upper level comprises entrance hall, very large living and dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two covered terraces, a quality bathroom with WC and a separate WC. The lower level has a separate entrance and offers two further rooms/bedrooms. A bathroom with shower is also provided. Outside there is a large (12m x 6m) private pool with evening terrace lighting. On the roof is a sun terrace with views of Peñon D'Ifach.
