The well equipped quality kitchen includes granite work surfaces, hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

The living and dining room is furnished with dining tables and chairs, 2 sofas, coffee table, occasional table with further chairs, TV/DVD/video and hi-fi. The main bedroom is air-conditioned and has a double bed and one has twin beds.

The lower level is fully air-conditioned and has a separate entrance and offers two rooms/bedrooms, one including double bed, fridge, kettle and toaster, the other with twin beds. A bathroom with shower is also provided.

Outside there are two covered terraces both with seating for eight, one to the rear and one to the front. Both offer excellent shade but also benefit from views. Awnings are also fitted and can be used if required. The large private pool has a seating area for 8. Sunbeds and parasols are provided.

A utility room with washing machine and airers is available. Covered parking for two cars is also provided.
